The first major production of PYC's 2024-25 season, CONSTELLATIONS, will be its Winter Concert, featuring over 140 young musicians from across the region's many neighborhoods.
The concert will journey through musical selections ranging from contemporary opera and a Hebrew folksong to a Mister Rogers favorite and a bluegrass rendition of an old English carol.
Taking place just weeks before the longest night of the year, the program highlights how the stars in the night sky have offered humans guidance and inspiration for millennia, as well as a reminder of how important it is to gather together to mark life's important turning points and moments of beauty.
